Glastonbury Festival 2008 Registrations
Well i have registered for this years Glastonbury and looking at the latest figures so have 260,000 others. It is the last day of registrations today so there may be a big rush towards the end but nothing major i would expect. This leads me to believe that there will be a 1 in 2 chance of getting tickets this year, a little easier than last year i think. Here is my list of things to worry about for anyone trying to go to the festival:
July - Will there be a festival next year?
October - Will the festival be granted a license?
Jan - Will the registration system change?
Feb/Mar - Has my registration been accepted?
April - Do i have enough money to buy a ticket?
April - Did i manage to get a ticket?
April - Did my bank reject the transaction?
April - Has my confirmation email come through?
April - Can i get time off work/School/College/University etc?
June - Will my ticket go missing, or be delivered in time?
June - How will i get there?
June - Will it be good weather?
June - Have i got enough money to go?
June - Is my ID in order?
June - Did my friends get their tickets?
June - Is my tent/camping stuff OK?
June - Are my wellies still OK?
A lot of things need to fall into place, but to be honest it’s worth the hassle to see the biggest party in the world. Cider, music, outdoors, 24 hour entertainment. Need i say more.
